Elfin Agro India Ltd Appoints Cameo Corporate Services Limited as Share Transfer Agent

Elfin Agro India Ltd has entered into an agreement with Cameo Corporate Services Limited on 03rd April 2026 to handle all activities relating to share transfer facilities. The agreement was executed in accordance with Regulation 7 of the SEBI LODR Regulations. Cameo Corporate Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, will act as the Share Transfer Agent for Elfin Agro India Ltd. The company has around 246 shareholders and has appointed Cameo to render services relating to Transfer, Transmission, and other related activities.
