BCP Asia II Holdco VII Pte Ltd Agrees to Not Encumber Aadhar Housing Finance Shares Below 26%

BCP Asia II Holdco VII Pte Ltd, a promoter of Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd, has agreed to not encumber its shares in the company below 26% of the total share capital. This agreement is in favor of any person(s) so long as any monies remain due by the company to the National Housing Bank (NHB) in respect of any refinance assistance availed by the company from NHB. As of now, BCP Asia holds 65.19% of the equity share capital of Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd.
