Yes Bank Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q4 and FY26 Financial Results

Yes Bank Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 18, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter (Q4) and Year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting is in accordance with Regulation 29, 50 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Bank has also informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Bank and its subsidiary till 2 days post publication of results.
