Tarun Chaturvedi, Promoter of Twamev Construction And Infrastructure Ltd, Releases Pledge on 1,20,07,607 Shares

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Tarun Chaturvedi, Promoter of Twamev Construction And Infrastructure Ltd, declared that during the Financial Year 2025-26, he had created a pledge on 1,20,07,607 equity shares, which has since been duly released. There has been no other encumbrance, directly or indirectly, on the shares held by him during the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. A statement detailing the number of shares held by Tarun Chaturvedi along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) is enclosed as Annexure A and Annexure B (with and without PAN details, respectively).
