Somi Conveyor Beltings Ltd. to Consider Re-Appointment of Independent Director

Somi Conveyor Beltings Ltd. has called for a Board Meeting on 8th April, 2026, to consider the re-appointment of Shri Santosh Kumar Joshi as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, subject to approval of the Members of the Company by way of Special Resolution in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting. The meeting will also decide the day, date, time and place of holding the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, approve the Notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, consider the appointment of Scrutinizer for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, and consider any other matter with the kind permission of the Chair.
