Inox Wind Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Securities

Inox Wind Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026, till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The restriction on trading by designated persons and their relatives will be implemented by the Depositories by freezing their PAN at the security level during the Trading Restriction Period.
