Bartronics India Ltd: Board Meeting Approves Re-Appointment of Independent Director and Committee Reconstitution

The Board of Directors of Bartronics India Ltd, in a meeting held on April 02, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Krishna Kishore Madicharla as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also acknowledged the completion of the first term of Mrs. Sujata Cyril Borde and her subsequent cessation as an Independent Director. Furthermore, the Board approved the reconstitution of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee in view of the completion of tenure of Directorship.
