IDFC First Bank Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 25, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank will be closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Bank, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
