Hemant Surgical Industries Ltd. Enters into C-ARM Development and Supply Agreement with GBT Korea Co., Ltd.

Hemant Surgical Industries Ltd. has entered into a C-ARM Development and Supply Agreement with GBT Korea Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea. The purpose of the agreement is to collaborate with GBT's strong technological expertise to develop and localize x-ray generators, electronic control systems and c-arm imaging device utilizing fluoroscopy x-ray technology. This will provide real time high resolution imaging during surgical orthopaedic, trauma and cardio vascular procedures. The size of the agreement cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality obligations agreed between the parties.
