Innovision Appoints Aditya Jha as Additional Independent Director

Innovision Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on April 10, 2026, appointed Mr. Aditya Jha (DIN: 01962674) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent). His appointment is effective immediately and is for a period of five years, subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mr. Jha is a seasoned business leader with 25 years of diverse experience across various sectors including corporate, consulting, Fintech, and energy tech. Concurrently, the Board also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, effective from April 10, 2026. Mr. Jha will serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
