Pari Washington India Master Fund Ltd, along with Pari Washington Investment Fund (PAC), has disclosed a reduction in its shareholding in ICRA Limited. On April 07, 2026, the fund sold 145,400 equity shares of ICRA Ltd through an open market transaction. This sale represents a 1.51% decrease in their total voting capital. Prior to this transaction, their combined holding was 4.86% (468,620 shares). Following the sale, the total shareholding of Pari Washington India Master Fund Ltd and its PAC in ICRA Ltd now stands at 3.35%, amounting to 323,220 shares. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
