Confidence Futuristic Energetech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from April 01, 2026. The closure will last until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the year ending on March 31, 2026. The decision comes in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results for FY2026 will be informed in due course.
