Avi Products India Ltd: New Statutory Auditor Appointed After Unwillingness of Previous Auditor

Avi Products India Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 27th March, 2026. The Board considered and approved several key points, the most significant being the appointment of a new Statutory Auditor, M/s. S AR A and Associates, Chartered Accountant, following the unwillingness of the previous auditor, M/s. N K JALAN & CO, to continue due to better professional engagements. The new auditor has been appointed for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 27th April, 2026, and appointed M/s. Aparna Tripathi & Associates as the Scrutinizer for the EGM e-voting process.
