RSD Finance Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 31(4) and 31(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, has disclosed that the promoters and promoter group have not made any encumbrance directly or indirectly on the shares held in the company during the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
