Trading Window Closed for Sundaram Brake Linings Ltd Until 48 Hours After Q1 2026 Results

Sundaram Brake Linings Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ending 31st March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the audited financial results will be informed separately. Connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
