Ikoma Technologies Ltd Announces Key Appointments and Takeover Plan

Ikoma Technologies Ltd, formerly known as Vuenow Infratech Limited, announced several key appointments and a proposed takeover in its board meeting held on 07th April, 2026. The appointments include Mr. Paras Chand Jain as Additional Executive Director, Mr. Bhavesh Bhairaram Lohar, Mr. Amit Balgotra, Mr. Jatin, and Mr. Anil Kumar Kothari as Additional Non-Executive Directors. The company also reconstituted its committees and appointed Mr. Kapil Vinod Garg as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The resignation of Mr. Rahul Anandrao Bhargav as Chief Financial Officer was taken on record and Mr. Sanyog Kumar Rathi was appointed as the new CFO. The company discussed raising funds through various permissible modes and approved a proposed takeover of M/s. ICM Insurance Brokers Private Limited.
