Prabha Energy Ltd Approves Allotment of 96,67,258 Partly Paid-up Equity Shares in Rights Issue

Prabha Energy Ltd has approved the allotment of 96,67,258 Partly Paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each on Rights Basis to the Eligible Equity Shareholders at an issue price of Rs. 144/- per Rights Equity Share. The balance amount shall be payable on subsequent two calls. The Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been modified accordingly.
