Valor Estate Ltd to Acquire Radius Estates and Developers Private Limited for ₹ 383 Crore

Valor Estate Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary MIG (Bandra) Realtors Private Limited, has entered into a transaction document with Adani Goodhomes Private Limited for the acquisition of Radius Estates and Developers Private Limited. The acquisition, which is not a related party transaction, is in line with Valor Estate's real estate business and is intended to consolidate ownership and control over Radius Estates and its underlying project interests. Radius Estates, a real estate development company incorporated in 2014, has a turnover history of ₹ 157.55 crore in FY 2024-25, ₹ 0.31 crore in FY 2023-24, and ₹ Nil in FY 2022-23. The acquisition, which is subject to the release of pledged shares and the completion of agreed milestones, is expected to be completed by December 2027.
