Lexoraa Industries Acquires Any and Every Export Limited for INR 10,000

Lexoraa Industries Ltd has announced the acquisition of Any and Every Export Limited, a Hong Kong-based general trading company. The acquisition was made through a share transfer instrument on 1st April 2026, for a cash consideration of INR 10,000, representing 100% shareholding. The acquisition is part of Lexoraa Industries' expansion strategy in international trade of goods, sourcing & distribution, and cross-border merchant trading. The target company, Any and Every Export Limited, was incorporated on 14 February 2025, and has a presence in Hong Kong. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 15 days.
