Reganto Enterprises Ltd, formerly known as Vintron Informatics Limited, has submitted declarations received from its promoters, Telexcell Enterprise LLP and Vistara Network Private Limited, regarding encumbrance on the company's shares, if any, during the financial year 2025-26. Both promoters have declared that no encumbrance was made on the shares of Reganto Enterprises Ltd during the aforementioned financial year, directly or indirectly. The declarations have been made in accordance with regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and are being taken on record.
