INTERISE TRUST, in accordance with the Code of Practice and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities. The closure will begin on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
