Punj Lloyd Ltd to Sell 100% Shareholding in Spectra Punj Lloyd Limited for INR 0.28 per Share

Punj Lloyd Ltd has entered into a share purchase agreement with Diversified India Growth Fund for the sale of 100% of the shareholding in Spectra Punj Lloyd Limited. The total revenue of Spectra Punj Lloyd Limited in the last financial year (FY 24-2025) was INR 15,000. The agreement was entered into on March 31, 2026, and the expected completion date is also on March 31, 2026. Diversified India Growth Fund is an alternative investment scheme of Diversified India Growth Trust and is registered as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. None of the buyers belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies.
