Jash Engineering Ltd Acquires Penstocks (UK) Limited for £550,000

Jash Engineering Ltd, through its subsidiary Waterfront fluid controls Limited UK, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% stake in Penstocks (UK) Limited, Leicestershire, UK. The acquisition, done at an arm’s length basis, will help Waterfront establish a pan UK presence and reinforce its ability to support clientele in Marketing and Servicing related activities. The acquisition cost is £550,000 for 100% of the total share capital of the company. Penstocks (UK) Ltd, which designs, manufactures, supplies, installs, and commissions a comprehensive range of penstocks, stop logs, handstops, and valves for water and wastewater applications, becomes a step-down subsidiary of Jash Engineering Ltd post-completion of the acquisition.
