Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd: No New Encumbrances of Shares in FY 2025-2026

Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd has disclosed under Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulation, 2011 that the promoter and promoter group, along with persons acting in concert, have not made any encumbrance of shares during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. However, it was noted that one of the promoters, Mr. Purushottam Radheshyam Agarwal, encumbered 18,07,581 Equity shares to Bank of India during the Financial Year 2013-14.
