Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd Receives 20-Year LOA from Kerwa Coal Limited as Mine Developer & Operator

Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Kerwa Coal Limited (KCL) as Mine Developer & Operator along with lead bid member M/s Nuravi Imports and Exports Private Limited for a period of 20 years, which may be extended for another 5 years. The award is subject to fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, including submission of the requisite Security Deposit and/or Performance Bank Guarantee by May 15, 2026. The execution of the said contract shall contribute towards revenue of the company and enhance overall financial performance.
