TVS Supply Chain Solutions Subsidiary Receives Tax Order of ₹ 6.71 Crores

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. has informed the exchange that its wholly owned subsidiary, TVS SCS Global Freight Solutions Ltd, has received a tax order under the Income Tax Act from the Income Tax Assessment Authority. The order, issued under Section 143(3), states that the expenses recorded by TVS SCS GFS have not been reported as income by the suppliers. The tax demand is ₹ 6.71 Crores. However, the company does not expect this demand to have a material impact on its financials, operations, or other activities. TVS SCS GFS will be filing an appeal before the appropriate authority.
