SSMD Agrotech India Ltd: Resignation of Whole-time Director, Appointment of Additional Director, and Other Key Updates

SSMD Agrotech India Ltd announced the resignation of Whole-time Director, Ms. Surbhi Munjal, due to personal reasons, effective from 31st March, 2026. The company has appointed Mrs. Vandana Munjal as an Additional Director in the category of Executive Director, with a monthly remuneration of ₹1,00,000, subject to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Mrs. Vandana Munjal will also join the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. The corporate office of the company will be shifted from Preet Vihar, East Delhi to Siraspur, Libaspur, North West Delhi. The board has ratified the appointment of M/s G. Rishabh & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. The board has also taken note of disclosure of interest received from Directors in Form MBP-1 and declarations of non-disqualification in Form DIR-8.
