Astec Lifesciences Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All officers, designated employees, directors, and auditors have been informed not to trade (buy/sale/gift/pledge/unpledge, etc.) in the company's equity shares during the stated period.
