Ruchika Chaturvedi Acquires 2,500 Shares of Viksit Engineering Ltd, Exceeding 5% Shareholding

Ruchika Chaturvedi, through a preferential allotment, has acquired 2,500 shares of Viksit Engineering Ltd on March 27, 2026. This acquisition, made in accordance with the Resolution Plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, has resulted in her shareholding exceeding 5% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the company. The total equity share capital of the company before the acquisition was INR 25,00,000 comprising of 2,50,000 equity shares, and after the acquisition, it remains the same.
