Laurus Labs Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for FY2026

Laurus Labs Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
