GACM Technologies Limited has announced that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from April 23, 2026 to April 29, 2026 for the 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for FY 2026-27. The meeting will be held on April 29, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. Indian Standard Time (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / other Audio‐Visual Means (‘OAVM’). The cutoff date to record the entitlement of the members of the Company to cast their votes electronically through remote e- Voting facility is April 22, 2026. The remote e-voting period commences on April 24, 2026 at 09:00 a.m. and ends on April 28, 2026 at 05:00 p.m.
