TTI Enterprise Ltd Seeks Reclassification of Promoters on BSE, Later Withdrawn for Delisting Application

TTI Enterprise Ltd, a company registered with BSE, had applied for the reclassification of promoters on February 14, 2026. The application included Binjal Mehta, Paraj Mehta, Jitendra Kumar Mehta, Paraj Mehta HUF, Irawati Enterprises LLP, Meghnath Wealth Creators LLP, and Vaikundam Advisors LLP. However, due to a prior delisting application with the Calcutta Stock Exchange, the company decided to withdraw the reclassification application.
