Advait Energy Transitions Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Advait Energy Transitions Ltd (Formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from April 1, 2026, and will end 48 hours after the financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026, become generally available information. This decision is in compliance with the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the terms of the Code of Conduct.
