Shiva Mills Ltd has announced the resignation of its General Manager, Sri V A Om Prakash Babu, due to personal reasons, effective from the close of business hours on 31.03.2026. The company has also approved the appointment of Sri P Solairaj as the new Senior General Manager, a Senior Management Personnel, with effect from 1.4.2026. Sri P Solairaj is a Diploma holder in Textile Technology with 32 years of experience in the Textile Industry.
