Wagend Infra Venture Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1 and FY 2026

Wagend Infra Venture Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for insiders and designated persons for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for considering the said audited financial results will be intimated in due course. Insiders and designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
