Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Naveen Sawhney HUF represented by its Karta Mr. Naveen Sawhney, Promoter of Cords Cable Industries Ltd, has been included in the ‘Promoter Group’ of the Company. The inclusion is due to falling within the definition of promoter group as per the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. The HUF holds 12700 Equity Shares, which is 0.098% of the Company's shares. This inclusion does not result in any changes in the control or management of the Company.
