Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd Closes Trading Window from 1st April, 2026

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
