Hexaware Technologies Ltd: AGM Date Fixed, Director Milind Sarwate to Cease Membership & Committees Reconstituted

Hexaware Technologies Ltd has fixed the date of its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 05, 2026, through video conferencing/other audio-visual means. The company also announced that Mr. Milind Sarwate, Independent Director, will cease to be a Director of the Company on April 24, 2026, upon completion of his second consecutive term. Mr. Alok Chandra Misra has been appointed as his successor. The Board has also approved the reconstitution of committees, with Mr. Alok Chandra Misra appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Environmental, Social & Governance Committee, and Ms. Sukanya Kripalu as the Chairperson of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
