INDO SMC Ltd: Appointment of Mr. Arpankumar Patel as Additional Director and Resignation of Mr. Chintan Umeshbhai Bhatt

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Arpankumar Patel as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Chintan Umeshbhai Bhatt resigned from his position as Director (Non-Executive, Independent) due to his inability to devote sufficient time and attention to the affairs of the Company. The Board also reconstituted various committees.
