Orient Green Power Company Ltd Releases Pledge of Shares from Promoter SVL Limited

Orient Green Power Company Ltd has announced the release of pledged shares from promoter SVL Limited. The pledged shares were in favor of SVL Limited against loans extended to the company and its subsidiaries. The released investments include 100.00% equity in Bharath Wind Farm Limited, 23.00% and 49.00% in Beta Wind Farm Private Limited (equity and preference respectively), 100.00% equity in Orient Green Power Europe BV, 72.50% equity in Gamma Green Power Private Limited, and 72.35% equity in Clarion Wind Farm Private Limited. This decision comes after SVL Limited issued a No Objection Letter on April 01, 2026. The release of pledged shares is not expected to have any impact on the listed entity.
