Mindspace Business Parks REIT Seeks Unitholder Approval for Related Party Transactions and Preferential Issues

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has called for an Extraordinary General Meeting on 24/04/2026 to seek approval from unitholders on several matters. These include the acquisition of 100% shareholding and interest in Sycamore Properties Private Limited and Content Properties Private Limited, and preferential issues of units to the shareholders of these companies. The Manager, K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited, is initiating electronic transmission of the Postal Ballot Notice to unitholders. The results of the remote e-voting by Postal Ballot will be announced on or before Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
