Aarti Pharmalabs Launches 'Saksham Niveshak' Campaign to Settle Unpaid Dividends

Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. is participating in the 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign initiated by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The campaign, which runs from April 01, 2026 to July 09, 2026, aims to create awareness among shareholders about unpaid or unclaimed dividends and facilitate their settlement. Shareholders are encouraged to update their KYC details and claim their unpaid dividends to prevent unwarranted transfers to the IEPFA. The campaign also intends to ensure proactive shareholder engagement, expedite dividend processing, and facilitate direct settlement of claims by the Company.
