IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust Closes Trading Window Until April 1, 2026

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the Trust. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, and will open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the period ended on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Person(s) of the Trust.
