Shriram Properties Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Shriram Properties Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct. All Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been informed not to trade/deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting at which the results will be considered is yet to be intimated.
