Clara Industries Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Insider Trading

Clara Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026 and will remain in force until 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course.
