SPV Global Trading Ltd. has announced the book closure and e-voting schedules for the upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled on 23rd April 2026. The Register of Members will remain closed from 17th April 2026 to 23rd April 2026. The EOGM will be held at the registered office of the company in Mumbai. The meeting will discuss the approval of remuneration of Mr. Balkrishna Binani, Managing Director, and consider approval of Related Party Transactions.
