Bartronics India Ltd Invests INR 4 Crore in Huwel Lifesciences, Acquiring 1.11% Stake

Bartronics India Ltd has made a further investment in Huwel Lifesciences Private Limited amounting to INR 4,00,00,000. This investment will get the company 5,154 equity shares of Huwel at a price of INR 7760/- per share, including a premium of INR 7750/- per share, representing 1.11% of the paid-up equity share capital of Huwel. The acquisition does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions and the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the target entity.
