Greenhitech Ventures Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in Equity Shares, effective from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the communication of financial results for the year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for the consideration of these financial results will be communicated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
