NIIT Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

NIIT Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the financial results declaration will be communicated separately.
