Rnit Ai Solutions Ltd Allots 52,66,537 Equity Shares at Rs. 50/- Each to Strategic Investors

Rnit Ai Solutions Ltd has allotted 52,66,537 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 50/- per share (consisting of Rs. 10/- face value and Rs. 40/- premium per share) to strategic investors. This allotment is in accordance with the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur Bench, and in accordance with Clause 5 of Chapter VI thereof. The Board of Directors approved this allotment at their meeting held on March 28, 2026.
